Kale Vision Salad 1 cup Kale – stems removed, leaves shredded or finely chopped 1 cup Spinach ¼ cup Walnuts – chopped 1 cup Quinoa – cooked 1 Avocado – cut up 1 Orange Bell Pepper – diced 6 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup Garbanzo Beans – washed 3 dashes Pink Himalayan Salt Crushed Black Pepper – to your liking Directions: Prepare Quinoa first by boiling in water. 1 part quinoa, 2 parts water. Boil until water is absorbed and quinoa is fluffy. Stir occasionally. In a large salad bowl massage kale with sea salt to make it soft for 2-3 minutes.
